With the determination of brining flyers an amazing journey, Cathay Pacific has recently opened a new lounge at Tokyo’s Haneda airport. Located on Level 6 near Gate 114, the lounge will be the first to be operated by a non-Japanese carrier in the Haneda Airport International Passenger Terminal.
The design of the lounge echoes with the international metropolis image presented by Tokyo, the lounge aims to create an environment that makes passengers feel good, engaging the senses and focusing on wellbeing as a core principle. Studioilse, a London-based design studio led by Llse Crawford, has tactfully utilized warm and natural materials namely wood and stone with a considered approach to the lighting to finish the whole design.
Apart from using the wifi and fingering on ur iPad while laying down casually on the sofa, most of us go to lounges for the food and beverage services. Cathay Pacific knows what we need and has prepared the best for us. Cathay Pacific’s iconic The Noodle Bar is featured in the dining area, offering a selection of freshly prepared Asian noodles including Dan Dan Noodles and Wonton Noodles in Soup. During the morning hours until 11am, authentic Japanese breakfast items and French toast will also be offered.
The new lounge in Haneda airport is designed above all to reflect the Cathay Pacific brand experience and to offer passengers both relaxation and enjoyment, whether they are returning home to Hong Kong or starting on a longer journey. Since it’s only July now, it’s still not too late to plan a summer vacation for yourself and your beloved ones.
